Simply call Pathfinder Bank at (315) 343-0057 and select Option 1 for Telephone Banking. English and Spanish options are available.

What You Can Do

With Telephone Banking, you can:

• Check balances on checking, savings, CDs, retirement, and loan accounts
• Review recent transactions or search for specific activity
• Transfer funds between eligible Pathfinder accounts²
• Make loan payments
• Access interest, payoff, escrow, and maturity details
• Place stop payments on checks
• Report a lost or stolen debit card
• Change your Telephone Banking PIN
• Access rates and general account information

How to Get Started

Call Pathfinder Bank’s main line at (315) 343-0057 and select option 1 for Telephone Banking.

When calling for the first time, you’ll be prompted to enter:

• Your Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Your temporary PIN (last 6 digits of your SSN/TIN; EIN for business clients)
• Your date of birth

You will then create a new 6-digit PIN. For your security:

• Your new PIN cannot match your SSN/TIN/EIN digits
• Avoid consecutive number sequences

Your temporary PIN must be changed within 60 days. If your access becomes locked or you need assistance, please contact our Call Center or visit a branch for support.
